Ownership

Backed for a year

Every machine carries a one-year parts and labor warranty. Every unused machine can go back within 15 days. Here is how both work, without fine print.

How a return works

1
Request an RA number

Within 15 days of delivery, email contact@atlasgroundandlift.com with the order number, the item and the reason. We reply with a Return Authorization number and the warehouse it goes back to.

Day 1 is the delivery date, not the day you unpacked.
2
Repack in the original crate

Strap the unit to its pallet as it arrived, with manuals, keys, hardware and accessories inside. Write the RA number on two sides. The unit is your responsibility until it is checked in.

3
Book the return freight

Use an LTL carrier of your choice, or ask us to book on our account and deduct the cost from the refund. Insure it for full value and keep the bill of lading. Parcel items go back by UPS or FedEx Ground.

Return freight typically runs $250 to $600 by distance and weight.
4
Inspection and refund

The warehouse inspects within 2 business days of arrival. Unused and complete, the refund goes to the original payment method and clears in 5–7 business days. Missing parts or damaged packaging are itemized and deducted.

Warranty

How a claim works

1
Stop and document

Shut the machine down. Photograph or film the fault, the serial plate and, where fitted, the hour meter. Note when it started and what you were doing.

A 20-second video of the symptom saves days.
2
Email warranty@atlasgroundandlift.com

Order number, model, serial, a description and the photos or video. A technician replies within 1–2 business days, usually with a diagnosis and a plan.

3
Parts, repair or replacement

Most claims close with a replacement part shipped free and phone support to fit it. Where labor is needed we authorize a local shop and cover the approved cost. A fault that cannot be corrected means a replacement machine.

Not covered
Wear items: tires, blades, belts, filters, batteries, lift cables, arm pads, chuck jaws, fluids
Operator error, overloading or use outside the manual's limits
Skipped maintenance, wrong fluids or a missed first service
Modifications, non-OEM parts or unauthorized repairs
Cosmetic issues that do not affect function: paint, decals, scratches
Weather, flooding, fire, theft, vandalism or uncovered outdoor storage
Rental fleet use, unless a commercial plan was purchased
Travel time, towing, fuel, downtime or lost income
Damaged on arrival is a freight claim, not a return. We handle it.

Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the crate and machine from all sides, and email contact@atlasgroundandlift.com within 24 hours with the order number. We file with the carrier and pay for the parts or the replacement unit and its freight. Sign clean and report later, and the carrier usually denies it. Take the two minutes at the curb.

Extension
